Hi, I’m Ruthwell.
I’m a wellness consultant who specializes in supporting people living with chronic illness, invisible disabilities, neurodivergence, and energy-limiting conditions. For years I struggled to find tools that actually worked for the way my body and brain function — tools that were gentle instead of clinical, private instead of data-hungry, and respectful of limited energy instead of demanding more of it.
That’s why I created WellNote.
Beyond the ordinary
WellNote is a simple, beautifully designed daily tracking tool I built because I needed it myself. It helps you gently document your real lived experience — functional capacity, symptoms, post-exertional malaise, work impact, daily activities, and the patterns that matter most to you and your care team.
Everything in WellNote stays 100% on your device. There are no accounts, no cloud storage, no data collection, and no ads. Your information never leaves your phone or computer.
My approach is rooted in three things:
- Compassion — Tracking should never feel like judgment or another chore.
- Practicality — The data you collect should be useful for doctors, work accommodations, disability documentation, or simply understanding yourself better.
- Respect for energy — The entire experience is designed to be quick, calm, and low-effort.
